Before a layout gets drawn, a space needs an idea worth having. Concept & Experience Design is where that idea gets defined.
Overview
Every memorable space is organised around a single clear idea, even when it isn't obvious at first glance — a narrative, an emotion, a specific kind of encounter it's built to create. Concept & Experience Design is the foundational step where we define that idea before any layout, material, or lighting decision follows from it. This is less about decoration and more about intention: what should someone feel in the first ten seconds of arriving, and what should they remember a week later? Every subsequent Spatial Design decision exists to serve that answer, not the other way round.
